Kind of sounds like a mechanics lien, sort of thing? I don’t know, but it does sound like there is more to this, than meets the eye? I would report it stolen and call my insurance company!
Glad you found it,was it really stolen or was it repoed?That’s an awful big boat to be stolen,not like it would be easy to conceal.
