I will say this about the biffs… I used to make fun of them too… But, when I was in Panama spearing for 5 days straight in that equator sun, I was basically begging to borrow one… Also, with diving, I don’t like putting sunscreen on my face. I eventually makes it’s way onto your contacts, and I like to have good vision when I am underwater.

it’s funny how some people make fun of things like this when, as you mentioned, there are real advantages to using it properly…I love my buff, there I said it…
The Morris Island Lighthouse www.savethelight.org
I don’t really know how to use it properly though… Seems to fog up my glasses… Then, I have to decide… Do I want fogged up sunglasses or sunburn? Usually I take it down after a few minutes.
Thanks for the tip
I ordered one. I’ve looked at them in the tackle stores for years and never spent the $30 to get one.
Sunscreen also gets all over the boat and stains the gel coat on the gunnel etc.

Do you use any anti fog for diving? Works above water too.

I’m a HUGE fan of Buffs!!! Very simple in design but benefits are abound. When I used to fish bass tournaments, I’d pair a Buff with a Savephace mask and those 70-80+ mph runs across the lake in the winter or early spring didn’t both me anymore. The Savephace mask was also awesome in the rain.
Hey Skinneej, try one of these the next time you go to the bank… http://www.savephace.com/SUM/Masks
