As a promo for upcoming Charleston Race Week activities Weatherflow has decided to make all their proprietary observational data from charleston area sensors free to the public in addition to the professional weather forecasts for the SC coast.
~A great opportunity to get some useful info from locations you dont usually see data from ie Ft Sumter and on the beaches and piers. all the sensors are sited to achieve minimal shadowing from obstructions and all have clear 360degrees of exposure.
~Forecasts are updated twice a day and strictly concern the wind speed and character along the coastal waters. Weather patterns and mesoscale boundary interactions that could effect the days forecasted winds are also discussed.
