Filets of your favorite fish. Redfish, trout, flounder whatever you got. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Ranch dressing light or full favor but not low fat. and french fried onions. They come in a can French’s makes them. Crumble up the onions and dip the filet in the ranch dressing then in the onions completely covering the filet. Lay on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with a nonstick spray such as Pam. Bake for 20 minutes or until the thickest part of the filet is flaky.
Super easy to do.
