Fresh Mahi on the grill with garlic,orange juice,dill,pepper,old bay,served with with arugula salad with diced apple and raisins, white corn on the cob and baked sweet potatoes and a light pinot noir and good friends under the oak trees on the creek.

just ■■■■!!! that look’s good. that’s it. i am now convinced. i got to cook some fish this weekend. have not decided what yet. my son just got back from the everglades with a couple hundred or more oscars and cichlids. we fileted everyone of them. 120qt cooler fool. i have some shark, mahi mahi, crappie, cats and bass in the freezers also. if i can figure out the picture thingy once i get them cooked i will share.

MMM, those Oscars are good fried up! We used to go down to Everglades every year and catch a mess of em. Like a Bream on steriods!

hoppy; you judge me wrong ol’ turdhead. why just the other day i took several nice fillets of striped bass and added a little tony cacheries (sp) black pepper and then added very thin granny smith apple slices to it and wrapped it in foil on the grill. served with fresh grilled asparagus and silver queen corn from the winter freezer. MMMMMMMM!! good cracker.
