Left IP around 3:30. Little bumpier than expected. Lines in Lil before day break between SW banks and GT hole. Kinda of slow at first. First bite screamed off couple hundred yards of line before I stopped him. Hand rod of to a newbie who let him turn back and cut the mono. Blue and white islander. Caught couple Lil tunys then get a decent hoo off the plainer. Cudas show up for while. Next comes 2 kings one pushing 40 lbs. then finish day off with more trash fish. Not bad for Sept. never got to bottom fish as it never laid down any. Slow ride to the hill. Fished 200-120 foot beats working.
