Took the wife couple regulars and some first timers on the boat. Started out in 250 feet on 415 line and headed out toward the 2 degree break we saw on satellite pic. Lots of scattered weed and not a very good edge. Going south in 980 feet we started getting a line forming and a rip. 11 am and nada, 11:30 a missed billfish on the 425 line in 800feet. Once we got slightly south the edge was defined and action became constant. Finished day on the 500 line in 550 feet. We managed 21 decent mahis of which 2 were big boys. We pulled off another 8 to 10 and missed the morning billfish . No idea what it was, just whacked the crap out of the ballyhoo and goin. Awesome weather and fun crew. Hope to be there again ,soon
