Took a group out on a 3/4 day charter, stopped at ledge straight out and started trolling in 180 ft, got a hit on planer and lost it, went deeper, good temp change at 225 ft with a weak weed line and rip, caught 10 dolphin, 6 gaffers, two bulls about 20 lbs. Also caught a nice wahoo about 25 lbs. We had two more hits on the planer. All in all, it was a great day for the first trip out, seas were 1 to 3 ft if that rough.
