Friday Fishing on the Wando 10-5-12

Well I finally made it out this morning just after sunrise traffic cost me almost an hour. Oh well it could have been worse atleast I was going fishing today. The day started out slow I ended up with 3 overslot reds caught on the incomming tide with live mullet.(from 8am to 11am) Picked up a friend from the dock around 11am headed out looking for some trout. Caught a few small 10" to 13" trout and one keeper 16" on trout tricks. We also caught several rat and another overslot red before the day was done. Charleston Fishing in the fall gotta love this time of year.

Even the blue crabs seem to want the trout tricks.

Great report as always and thanks for the tips. We managed 25 trout and 2 reds to day. Most were on artificials.
