Lots of life out there. Fished on the ledge to 250’. Kept 14 dolphin and released another 20 or so. Biggest was 31 on the scale at the 50/50, so it has an internet weight of over 40. Got a few other fish over 20 including a 26. My sister got the big fish today. At 2:40 we hooked one of the biggest dolphins I have ever seen. Followed up some other fish and one of the guys pitched a bait to him with a spinner. Fought the fish for 2 and a 1/2 hours. Had it just out of gaff reach a few times. Tackle was not intended for that fish. Broke off after a heartbreaking effort by my buddy. Lost fish are always bigger… but I can tell you that dolphin do not get much bigger… hauled ass back to make weigh in…
