Headed out to the ledge to try our luck on the Wahoo. Sea’s were sloppy, but we took our time. Unfortunately, no Wahoo would cooperate with us. Had one hit, no hook up. Worked the area hard for several hours. Then made the call to move in and hit the bottom. No Grouper, but the Triggers, Blackfish, Pinkies and Beeliners were easy to find. Got back about 6:30. Wish there was a way to turn off the head light on the freight train in the harbor. I know the range light serves a good purpose, just a bit annoying. But it does make you focus more on the radar.
Great day once again on the water. So grateful we were finally able to get a trip in.
