Cut your filleted duck breast meat into a few bite size chunks. Wrap the piece of breast with a piece of bacon with a fresh jalapeno slice inbetween the bacon and duck on one side. Throw the bacon wrapped breast in breading(we used hot and spicy breading) and pan fry both sides. Once cooked, place on platter and top with small pieces of american cheese while still hot. Enjoy!
