fried pork chops with a twist

…went to fry the porkchops and not much flour…happened to see a box of onion breader in cabinet and said…hey…what the heck:)

cooked the chops in coating of 2/3 onion breader and 1/3 flour…and man were theyGOOOOOD!!!

homemade cheese biscuits,green beans…yes soorry but they were margaret holmes canned and not fresh,slaw…rice and onion gravy…and a cocconut cake for dessert…cake was almost two moist…but still good…
