Got in a little trip with the fam this last weekend, and we decided to haul the skiff down to see if we could load up on some trout and flounder. Was a little disappointed with the numbers of trout and weakfish we were catching, but my day was made when I had a 21 inch flounder smash my gulp shrimp. After that we decides to snag a few mullet and fish for some reds. Sat for about forty minutes in the main creek before a back rod’s drag went off and the battle was on. Left my measuring tape at the house, but he was bigger than the 3 ft DNR sticker on the side of the console, I’d guess around 40 inches. Made my trip right there!
