Ive been following this guy from the beginning when he unexpectedly won this thing on a relatively low offer at an auction years ago. He turned it into a bed and breakfast and looks like he is throwing it back up for auction. I just found out this morning and I follow him on Facebook, seems like there should have been a little more publicity might have attracted more players. Here is to hoping someone gets it and does right by it.
