I have 2 whole loins marinating ,going to deep fry tomorrow.Anyone have any pro tips for me ?
That would be a first for me. I like to just slice about 3/4" soak in some cold water for a bout 5 min, salt, garlic, and pepper and pan sear in butter. No batter. Second way I like em is with jalapeno cream cheese, bacon wrapped and cooked over coals.
Let us all know how the deep fried works out!

Turned out great,as usual, have done this many times before.Just looking to learn something new .I usually inject ,cover in spices and deep fry for 7 min. or so depending on size.I like mine rare and also ,let them sit for a while before cutting into them.I love the pan seared in butter method but have never tried the second way.I will try that the next time a doe comes in my garden at 9am trying to get to my baby collards.I wish someone would start hunting behind my house, they are really getting tame.

LOL, I fenced in a small area to keep deer and rabbits out. Planted collard plants Saturday along with Kale. I’ve also found that Squirrel will eat young collard plants. Put out 100# of rye and wheat seed Yesterday after the wife has finally agreed to let me shoot a couple around the house… as long as I don’t talk to her about it.

I’ll bring a side of bacon and we can cook breakfast and pop em from the porch if they are walking through at 9am
Thanks for the offer men but the way deer move around here,it would send a good still hunter up to Bull street. I don’t own enough land to hunt and my neighbors don’t like hunting. I’m just going to build a fence. You couldn’t find a deer track around here 50 years ago.
