I have some Furuno stuff on a new to me boat and was hoping for some help.
The small unit to the right which I think acts like a repeater, only displays SOG, no depth, temp. Is this a setting problem or a wiring problem?
The large unit does not display the navionics chart. I am sure this is a setting issue, but can’t find the right setting.
Any help with either of these items is much appreciated. I reserve the right to ask lots more questions if these are easy for you…
Same Navtet unit used to have, repeater (if that’s what it is, can’t make out the labels on buttons to tell) should show SOG, STW, COG, CTS, crosstrack error, depth, temp or just about any info from the main unit you want it to, sounds like a wiring issue if not, it should be plugged into back of navnet unit with a blue premade cable, sometimes the pins for cable can get a little funky and unplugging and plugging in a time or two can help. As far as the main unit not displaying navionics chart, be sure there is one present in it. Somewhere in the chart settings under setup there should be a selection to turn it on or off.
Great unit for sure, had some moisture under screen once while out of warranty and Furuno took care of it no charge.
