Tried bumping an old thread, but this may work better. I’m repairing a crack on the bottom side of my polyethylene kayak. I plan to drill the ends, clean it, hit it with a torch, and then use the G/FLex epoxy. The question is, should I use just the epoxy or should I layer a few sheets of fiberglass cloth for strength? Its cracked around the pivot point where the kayak is dragged on the ground. Thanks.
