Fished a little south of SW Banks today and ended up catching 21 dolphin. Found the dolphin in the middle of no where in 350 ft of water and then found a nice weedline in 600ft that went on for miles. Put the lures out at 11:45 with pretty much a box full of dolphin and picked at them little by little on the lures. Lots of bait and nice weedline up there. Ocean was nice for the most part, a little bumpy leaving the jetties but after that 4ft about 7 seconds. Rained on us heavily for a couple hours but the fish did not seem to mind.
Also fished monday with some friends on the boat and had a blue on for about 15 minutes. A dozen or so dolphin also. Pulled lures with a couple dink baits until lunch and then came home early.
Plenty of dates available and the weekend looks nice.
