That makes me laugh
Bragging may not bring happiness,
but no man having caught a large fish,

I aint eating nothin called gar balls
mmm gar balls
i actually tried a smaller one cut into small chunks and done into poor mans lobster then dipped in butter…honestly wasnt too bad. deep fried in small chunks worked ok too, but dunno how a bigger one would taste.
Just kidding about cooking him. Let him go to fight another day.
Very hard to clean, tough skin. Clean them with pruning shears. A white flakey meat. I know some bowfisher men that say they are pretty good fried.
