Is the big bumper inflatable? It looks a little deflated in the picture. If it is inflatable (or if it’s just a misleading picture) I’ll take it and the minnow bucket. Where are you located?

What is the size and weight limit on the larger vests? I need a couple for the 50-70lb range. Wouldn’t you know it, my son’s 4 year buddy is 55lbs and too big for the sizes I have! Thanks.
