Show me a picture from the inside door closed
and a picture outside door open and I can tell you if we could cut the header and have enough door to cover

That is what I was thinking too Brian. If the door stuck up high enough and he could still get a seal across the top.

Solved… Just wanted to put it in garage in case of an evacuation otherwise its in a carport. I can take the rail off…its only 6 bolts and as few times as I might have to do it, it really isn’t much of a problem. By the way, the hinges shown above are available from King Richard Company via internet. Thanks to all for the help.
I had the same problem with my new (2005) Trophy. I had the garage built long enough and wide enough but forgot about the header height. Went to a marine fabricator half way down Folley Rd on the right and he cut the hand rail over the consol, fabricated the bottom tubes to have a sealed male fit, and the top female tubes were sprung just slightly so that when I mated the tow it took only one screw on each side to secure it. It has worked for seven years perfectly. Sorry I can’t remember the guys name but he was making custom towers.
At the time I still had to use the floor jack to get the windshield low enough, but alittle laziness and I broke about two inches off of that so now I don’t need the floor jack anymore.
Good luck.

CBI mentioned floor jack–i wanted my center console in the garage and had the same problem so once u get the tires in the garage u lower the tongue Jack all the way down and stick the floor Jack where the truck would go,Jack up the trailer flip the tongue jack up and then lower the floor jack all the way down then u can push the boat into the garage with no problems heck I did this for years

You can go to Northern and buy wheel rollers. Take off wheels and put hubs on wheel rollers it will lower the boat 10-12" I had to do this to my Bertram to clear the radar to get it in the 14’ door in my shop It was so long I had to move the latch and alarm up to let the toung stick out. Just scrach your head it is amezing what you can think of (THE END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS)
