My wife and I have decided to go try the Bulls Bay shrimping on our last trip of the year, we are in wadmalaw and from what I can tell the Garris landing is the closest to us. I just want to make sure its a pubic landing if its open, and I would welcome ANY advice as we have never made this trip before. Plan on going Sunday morning. Thanks in advance!

Buck hall park is 20 min from garris and much better to launch. Garris has no dock and during low tide water can get less than a foot. Plus if you don’t know area it can be dangerous to your motor.buck hall you pay 5.00 but worth the cost. Water deep for most part. When you launch buck hall facing water go left to second opening on right stay in middle and and and turn left at next opening. There is a channel that runs straight out to island… Don’t so to far either far left or right or you will get stuck … Done it… Especially to right , big mud flat… Advice is go during low to see mud flats… Good luck
Less than one ft @ low tide. Avoid

Bad day for tthe team.
Gona try buck hall tomorrow.
Garris at low tide:
Give it a shot! 2 hours after low tide the shrimp will run. I’ll be out there
Wonder if they are ever going to dredge out Garris?
