We recently scanned an area around 0100, Most may think I’m full of it, but we counted 62 sets of eyes… Big Duck impoundment in the ACE basin. I dare say for every one seen in the day there are a dozen more out at night. The big ones are getting smart. IMO. I’d love to see a few more permits issued.
Anyone getting a lower state permit, look towards Willtown on the Edisto, Cuckolds Creek Off the Combahee, and on the Ashepoo up near deer creek.
