Myself did not make the draw this year. But did last year and bag a 11’8" 417 lbs.First time ever hunting gators. Got the Southern Coastal area last year…Fishing rod and harpoon.

Thanks Reelescape yes scared the heck out of us when it came to the top.Hook him with 2 treble hooks and harpoon him. I was there at Cordray’s and a guy was checking in a Nice Buck and I was bragging on his kill. He look at me said yes it a nice one but I cannot top what you did. One of my Things to do list for life. Next is a Bull or Tiger shark.

Wolfman, just curious, but how did you process it? What all did Cordrays do? I’ve had gator tail before and it did actually taste like chicken.
