I’ve got a few spots on my boat where the gel coat has minor damages, and where it is starting to crack but not breaking off yet. I have never done any gel coat repair, and was hoping to get some advice on the best way to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.
Lot’s of info in previous posts over the last year covering this topic.
Color match will be an issue if your boat is 2001 model. You can get close but hard to get an exact match due to it’s age.
Bottom line is…You have to grind away the damaged gel-coat and reapply new. If it is damaged from stress or flexing you probably need to fix that or it will happen again.

Thanks, I will do a search for previous posts to see what other people recommended.
