It makes me wonder, why would LE serve a search warrant on one home if neither they or their family are suspected of any wrong doing? Wouldn’t they have to have reason to believe there was some wrong doing in order to get a warrant?

I read the little blurb and can’t understand how a police agency can go to a Judge and get a Warrant with out some proof/evidence?

It’s called articulable suspicion that a crime was committed on the property without the owner’s knowledge or involvement.
