I usually shrimp in Bull’s Bay, but I will be in Murrels Inlet at the opening of the season. If anyone can give me some direction on the typical areas in Georgetown it would be greatly appreciated. Will probably be sticking to day-time - also need to know if any can be caught before dark. Thanks for the help!

Last year early in the season was good in Mud Bay…tricky getting in if you’ve never been…probably need to follow someone first time…

Plenty of shrimp in Mud Bay, and as long as your boat doesn’t draw like 18 inches you will be fine. Get a chart, study the area,and snuggle up to everyone else.
