Georgetown - Place to dry stack or store Jon boat

To the North Georgetown / Grand Strand

I have a friend looking for a place near Georgetown to either dry stack a 20’ Jon boat, or park it in a secure lot on the trailer.
He wants to be able to call ahead and have the boat in the water at the dock, gassed and ready to go when he arrives.

Any recommendations?
