How come the people that live in those storm areas have no cellar to get into? Kansas if i lived in that place i would live underground.LOL I have a secure storm area in my house.

I believe they had less than 10 minutes warning which might not be enough time for those folks to get back home and into their storm cellars…even if they had them.

So sad. Cannot imagine the pain those parents are going through after losing their children.
