12/16/2018 - Headed out with Daniel from Zman to fish the Wando. The bite started out slow and we had a couple of blow ups on top water with no success. We did not hook up with our first fish until 8:00am. We then slowly picked at them the rest of the morning. We ended up with 8 trout and 2 redfish. I took 2 trout and a redfish home for the wife to fry for dinner. We kept the fish in the live well while we fished all day and they were still alive when I got home. The fish floppped around while she filleted it and was still moving after she got done since she left all of the organs intact. It was truly the freshest fish I have ever had.
