Had a good day yesterday caught a few on planers in the morning in 30 ft of water then moved on to anchor mode on trolling motor on a point of 26 ft of water with 45 to 50 ft of water around us and landed several nice fish had my neese on the boat along with my daughter and my nephew worked me very hard but we had a blast billy you have made a believer out of me on cut bait this time of year great action after about 30 min

Did yall cast out cutbaits while on spotlock or fish them on downrods? I’ve tried casting cuts out the back of the boat while on lock, but the boat moves around too much while the gps corrects in gusty winds.
