me,and my 3 man crew, left out of shem creek 7:00am this morning. we went out 25 miles today. caught our limit on sea bass few 18’s 14’s and 13’s, also some vermillions, ring tails, lot of silver snapper’s/pinks,2 nice triggers, some grunts and 1 very ugly eel. going out i was riding at about 18, heading in i was riding at 30. All in all i think we had a good day.

what were you using for bait? We went out to the Black banks using squid only caught seabass none of the other fish. Tried over at Capers ledge for the first time with not a bite. I just think I didn’t find the live bottom maybe next time. We managed to get 15 good size keepers. all the 12-121/2" fish we threw back. looking foward to catching some different species. try going a little deeper 100-120’, we had plenty of luck on the Red Porgies, triggers, and B-liners, . we caught 3 ARS’s in 100 ft on wed, they all would have been keepers if the SAFMC had not closed them. The sharks were thick in 120’

Squid,old ballyhoo,and cut ringtails.Threw back 7 red snapper 5-15#.
