After several months of not fishing we finally got on the water. Out of curiosity I put in mid lake and fished above the elbow and ended up having a great time. Caught ~ 15 fish with 3 keepers. After some quick work with the filet knife, a little olive oil,and a sprinkle of Gullah Luv, dinner off of the grill was excellent.
