Good Day!

We wanted to head out to the near-shore reefs but decided to hit the jetties instead. The GF caught a nice 17" red, first cast. We caught countless BSB, a few toad fish and one whiting. I decided to put the whiting out as bait. I had it behind the boat while we caught the endangered BSB one after the other. The bite slowed so we moved to another spot. I dropped the whiting behind the boat, and before I could bait another rod the line started singing. The rod bent over and I knew we had a bull red or a good shark. Turns out it was a 33"red. It put up a great fight, was revived and released.
