Good deal on trailer?

I have been looking for a good tandem axle trailer. I emailed a couple gentlemen on this sight and I looked at some others as well. I have it between two trailers. I am unsure of the year (probably 10-15 years old) and make but the first one is galvanized and is decent but needs: lights, winch and a new jack stand. Tires and bearings are good and it has hydraulic brakes. It has a clear title. The guy is asking 1300. He is willing to knock some off if I give him my trailer in trade (old POS single axle, roller:in picture below)
Second one is a 2003 Wesco aluminum. New hubs, lights, disk brakes, bearings and the tires dont even look like they’ve been used. This trailer doesnt need anything to be road ready. He doesnt have a title for it (never registered). Asking 1300 as well. He is selling it because he is buying a brand new everything. This one I would have to sell mine seperately.
I havent heard too much talk about trailers on here…not that I’ve seen anyways and just curious which one people would go with. Which is generally better…aluminum or galvanized etc… Thanks for any input

Oh, and as of now I am leaning towards the 2003 aluminum. i am tired staring in the mirrors waiting for something to go wrong. And if someone is looking for a solid single axle with rollers I have one for sale. Some of the hardware on it is rusted. Especially on the U-bolts attaching the guid posts/rollers to the trailer. It has a new jack stand, great tires, new hubs. I am just frustrated with it and ready to upgrade (thus the “POS” reference above)
Edited for horrible spelling error

I would go for the newer aluminum trailer. Same price, plus you can make some $ back by selling your POS trailer. No brainer.

Ok, yeah I was leaning that way. One of the main reasons for thinking about the other is that he would take mine as partial trade. Seemed like a no brainer to me, just wanted to be sure aluminum trailers are ok
