My wife is a manager at a spa and they are looking to renovate the break room and a few other things. It would be a complete tear out and refit. The room itself is approx 12x10 and there is a small bathroom attached that will need renovated as well. This is a small area that has a lot going on in it all day long and they need it to be more efficient. The spa is in Mt P.
Cabinets/flooring/paint/minor plumbing/minor electrical/shelves etc…
