Good luck to everyone. Sandshark and I won’t be out there this year. I had major shoulder surgery last week. No throwing the net for me this year. He and I may try to do a little deep holing at the end of the year, if I am able to drive the boat. Today looks like a good day with the winds. Good luck and God bless. that sure would be nice!
I won’t be out there either, gave up bait shrimping several years ago. Just got to be a lot to do to drag the boat down and back and find anyone that wanted to go. With my boys gone, now it’s just me and the wife and while she is awesome at so many things, at 4’10", she ain’t much of a net thrower.

Shrimping over bait is a young man’s game.Did I ever tell y’all about the time the undercover game wardens pulled their pistols on the crabbers that was gonna kick our a$$.They had over a hundred poles out and said we couldn’t shrimp that bank.Thank god for the law dawgs on that one!This was before shrimp tags were required.
