After leaving home worried about a slick trailer tire, we launched the boat at 6am. Smooth harbor but choppy sea. Couldn’t really fish where we wanted. Had four or five bites and finally a barracuda decided to wake the kids. We released it and trolled into about 130ft. Got the Mercurys on plain when port side buzzer beeps in four beep intervals. Stopped and checked it out. We came into 20 miles from the bank when buzzer sounded continously. Slowly came in on starboard engine. We loaded the boat and came home. Didn’t have to clean fish. Didn’t have a flat tire. It was a great day.
gotta hate those engine buzzers
