There is Edistodaniel. The cheek and throat meat from cobia and grouper is great. Trigger fish head also. I just have to remove the eyeballs.
A stoner friend introduced me to a new sandwich that I love: Crunchy peanut butter and sharp cheddar cheese. Sounds terrible and is great, even sober.
Chinese century eggs. They are preserved duck eggs that turn amber/green and smell like windex (ammonia is a byproduct of the preservation) but taste awesome when prepared right. I shell and quarter them and then gently warm them in the over. I make a soy sauce reduction with garlic and jalapenos and generously drizzle over the egg wedges. 9/10 people snub their nose at it but the brave few really enjoy it. Kind of like Durian fruit in a way.
Looks kind of like this but with different sauce.
