Thank You SPA for selling one of the best pieces of artificial reef in the cooper river. It looks like and “undisclosed buyer” has bought our beloved Coal Tipple for $3 million dollars. What a damm shame!

Forgive my question. I was only born here. And NEVER fished the ‘coal-chute’ but, now I know that the “Tipple” is a South Carolina Heritage Destination.
