Asking for information about Goose Creek. Anyone familiar with how far it is from the bridge on N. Rhett back to where it dumps into the Cooper? Is it a safe creek for navigation or full of obstacles and sand bars? Any info is appreciated.

roughly 6 miles. Its a pretty safe creek to navigate. Don’t venture into the creeks along the NWS unless you like heavy guns pointed at you. The creek is quite muddy in general

Stay on plane from the Cooper to the Golf Course.
You can fish the Golf Course and anything upstream.
Plenty of water. Those big boats upstream of N Rhett run that creek.
A few weeks ago I was fishing between the Cooper and the golf course and received a warning from the gun boat. Stopped, took all of my info and gave me a warning.
Officer claimed they were going to start cracking down more and possibly handing out $200 tickets for fishing in illegal areas.
As mentioned, you can fish past the golf course but only on the left side of the creek. White signs, no fishing.
