OK, so I rig up a piece of 3/4" conduit 36" long and pour approx 4lbs of lead in it to attach my Hero2 in hopes of getting some vids while bottom fishing last friday.
While replacing leaders thursday afternoon I decide to top off the charge on the camera and it won’t turn on…crap!! Anyway, I went by Batteries Plus when I got back to Augusta this afternoon and they put a new battery in it and still nothing. Did not buy the battery and appreciated them trying it.
Get home and called customer service and they walk me through several steps trying to get it to come on but again, nothing.
I got this from the bride as a Christmas gift a couple years ago and the warranty is only 1 year. With that said, they are emailing me a return shipping label as I type and are sending me a new camera with new battery for no charge…YES! I love it when a company stands behind their product!
By the way, we loaded the box with triggers, vermillion, Red Porgies and some BSB’s. Also caught about 10 or more nice Red Snaps and of course, more than enough Donkeys!
Edit, all ARS went back down healthy!
It was hot as heck out there, drink a bottle of water and pour half of one on my head:sunglasses:!
