Got2Go 12/8/11 Cooper River Sheeps

Took my father and some of my lil’ girl’s pet fiddlers with me to the river for a “field trip” today. Class started at 1pm and finished at 3pm. The river was beautiful…58 degrees, clear, and calm. We fished various structures in 12-18ft and ended up with 12 sheeps ranging from 1-5#. Left 'em biting as it was time to go in order to get back before nap time ended. She was excited to see all the fish flopping around (kept in the livewell), but wanted to know where all of her crabs went to. I showed her the 8 that we had left and she happily took them to their crabhouse (old cat litter box) to feed them and give them some fresh, saltwater. Hopefully, she’ll be on the field trips next year, too.
