Cooked some small pieces on the grill it was firm and pretty tasty once you get all of the worms out!

If somebody cleaned it and just used the meat with no worms I’d be okay but the worms get the best of me. Brought 1 back from the Thunderstar and threw it in the trash when I got home and went to take out the worms. Thrown each one back since.

Worms…■■■■!!! That’s why I don’t eat stripers anymore. I draw the line when worms start oozing out of the meat! Don’t want to take a chance on an egg surviving the cook. Then I’d be dragging my butt on the carpet like a dog. I think I’ll pass on that.
