Did they close the woods to hunting because of the Gov shut down? looking to go to water horn on friday.

Gov woods are open, i talked to 3 people at Bonneau hdquarters and everyone said it was open. I when down there last Friday (waterhorn) hunted and rode around all day never saw another hunter. My hunting buddie talk to Ben the G. warden and he said it was open too. Now the camp ground is closed because the forest service cleans it and emptys the thrash.
