Have a Lowrance 5300c IGPS. Does anyone know this critter. Doesn’t have a transducer plug and don’t know if I need one. Can’t seem to get it out of demo mode. If you want to plot a course it asks for a transducer.
i would call tech support, it always amazes much how much they know.
had a question about my garmin, they hooked me up in a few min.
I think the only way to get it out of demo mode is to attach the transducer. Seems like I had the same problem when I bought my Lowrance 5300 last winter, before I ran it on the boat.
Mando the hole that has sonar above it is capped off. Has 2 other connectors but they are for ethernet and some thing else.
