Great Bonnethead recipe?

Anyone have a great recipe for Bonnethead? Good on the grill?

Thanks!

Marinade in italian salad dressing for a couple of hours. Then grill it with a little of garlic salt.

marinading anything in italian dressing is a sign of someone who can’t cook.

PS bonnethead is better left swimming…wish I could help with a recipe.

I’d like to thank my dad for coming, and my mom for being there.

I used to think the same thing.
I recently got a cook book with many award winning grilling recipes, mostly bbq recipes, and many of them have italian dressing somewhere along the line.

Hold the tomato, fool!

Thanks stretch, real helpful. Sorry you don’t like Italian salad dressing, didn’t mean to insult your tastebuds there Wolfgang Puck:wink:

Thanks Sully. I’ll give it a try. There is always my old standard, fry it in butter!

speaking of someone who cant cook… ive seen your styrofoam plate specials on here… looks like some italian dressing might help ya out… seriously.

everything you post on here is fried garbage…

Most Shark is rather ‘meaty/kinda heavy’ so marinades are a good gen idea…try some teryaki(sp) and evoo and grille ‘em. Dry rub is not bad either. Just don’t overcook.
Small pieces fried is my 2nd pick.
3rd pick is still swimmin’…
