Bait of the day was live shrimp. Caught almost everything. BSB, Jacks, Reds, Black drum, spots, etc… kept two for dinner. Had the real go screaming with a finger mullet but couldn’t turn it around before line busted.
I did better with split shot or a cork with about 4’ of line underneath it today. As the line moved through the water column is when it was getting hit. Just sitting on bottom with carolina rigs caught fish but not as many. Beautiful day out there.

We have a shark hole that suspended baits between 8-15’ of water when sitting in 45’ will out fish bottom baits 7 to 1…my rods get bent in roughly 2 minutes or less
