I bought a boat used a couple years back the VHF radio seemed to recieve okay but I never really used it. The antenna was broken just above the mount and the decal was scratched so I couldn’t tell what product it was beyond being a shakespeare brand. Anyway fast forward to me sending a question to Shakespeare via their website with some pictures to see if they could tell me what I needed to buy to replace it. After dealing with a gentleman named Chris next thing I know a brand new replacement antenna is in the mail free of charge. Received it today and simply can not believe they sent me this the company has earned my loyalty.
